本品是采用DH5α菌株经特殊工艺处理得到的感受态细胞,可用于DNA的化学转化,广泛适用于高效的DNA克隆和质粒扩增,能保证高拷贝质粒的稳定遗传,适用于蓝白斑筛选。DH5α细胞重组酶recA1和核酸内切酶endA1基因缺失突变使其能保证克隆DNA的稳定性。使用pUC19质粒检测,转化效率约达108 cfu/μg DNA。

A:转化质粒的大小与菌株有关, DH5α感受态细胞适合小于 15kb 的质粒。

Q:11802和11803有什么区别?

A:11802属于普通速度转化的感受态细胞,需要42℃热激37℃孵育等步骤,而11803属于快速转化的感受态细胞,无需热激孵育。
