Gastrin I又名胃膜素，即胃黏膜再生素，是胃中产生的内源性肽，可以作为胆囊收缩素2 (CCK2)受体的选择性激动剂，也可以刺激胃酸分泌，可用于培养胃肠类器官等应用中。
