IDE1 (IDE-1, IDE 1, Definitive Endoderm 1 Inducer)，是一种定形内胚层诱导物，可能会被用于器官移植等方面。IDE-1可诱导小鼠和人的胚胎干细胞形成定形内胚层，EC50相应分别为125 nM和223 nM。
