GAPDH(Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase)),即磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶,可催化甘油醛-3-磷酸向1,3双磷酸甘油酸的转化,是糖酵解的关键酶之一。GAPDH几乎在所有组织和细胞中都高水平表达,且作为看家基因在同种细胞或者组织中的蛋白质表达量一般是恒定的,因此,在Western blot检测中,被广泛的用作蛋白质标准化内参。
