Fulvestran（氟维司琼；氟维司群）是一种雌激素受体拮抗剂（Estrogen receptor 拮抗剂，ER拮抗剂，IC₅₀=9.4 nM），它通过结合、阻断并下调ER从而抑制雌激素信号通路，能与ER竞争性结合，与ER的亲和力接近雌激素。
