Diethylmaleate (Diethyl ester, DEM, Maleic acid diethyl ester)，又称马来酸二乙酯，是马来酸的二乙酯形式，能抑制NF-κB，消耗细胞中的GSH进而制转化细胞的生长，多用作塑料、香精、药物以及农产品的中间体。
