Calcitriol（骨化三醇; RO215535; Topitriol; 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3; Calcijex; Rocaltrol）是Vitamin D的激素活性形式，活性最大的Vitamin D代谢物，也是vitamin D受体(VDR)的激动剂（vitamin D receptor激活剂），对vitamin D receptor的结合亲和力(IC₅₀=0.4 nM)是选择性VDRA paricalcitol的10倍以上。
