Urolithin A，又称尿石素A，是天然多酚化合物鞣花单宁的一种次生代谢产物，具有抗炎、抗衰老、诱导线粒体自噬和抗氧化的作用，能够穿过血脑屏障，可以抑制PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号。Urolithin A在多种疾病治疗中有重要作用，如：癌症、阿尔茨海默病、肥胖、糖尿病等。
