产品介绍

本品是由YSFluorTM  594标记的驴抗小鼠IgG(H+L),使用抗原偶联的琼脂糖微珠从驴抗血清内亲和色谱纯化所得。免疫电泳和/或ELISA法检测显示本品特异性结合完整的小鼠IgG分子,也会与其他小鼠免疫球蛋白的轻链结合。本品预先与相近物种包括牛、鸡、山羊、豚鼠、叙利亚仓鼠、马、人、兔和绵羊的血清蛋白经过亲和吸附处理,ELISA和/或固相免疫吸附检测证实本品与以上物种几乎无交叉反应。但可能会与其他物种免疫球蛋白发生交叉反应。本品不会与非免疫球蛋白类的血清蛋白发生交叉反应。

YSFluorTM 594, Amax(最大激发波长)为591nm,Emax(最大发射波长)为614nm, 同Alex Fluor 594和Texas Red的光谱性质一样,通常可考虑相互替代。本品适合做多标实验,广泛应用于多种免疫学实验如免疫细胞化学(ICC),流式细胞术(FC)以及免疫组化(IHC)等。
