Purmorphamine (Shh Signaling Antagonist VI)，又称嘌吗啡胺，是一种嘌呤衍生物，是第一个针对Smoothened蛋白开发的小分子激动剂，通过直接结合激活Smoothened (IC₅₀: 1.5 μM)，活化Hedgehog通路。此外，该化合物在多能间充质祖细胞中表现出成骨诱导活性。
