LY-411575是一种高效的细胞渗透性和选择性的小分子γ分泌酶（γ-secretase）抑制剂，可抑制Notch信号通路，其IC50值为0.39 nM。LY-411575还可抑制Aβ40蛋白的产生，基于膜或细胞的IC50值分别为0.078 nM和0.082 nM。在高浓度下，LY-411575可抑制Notch信号通路，诱导肠道杯状细胞的增生和胸腺萎缩。
