Nocodazole（诺考达唑，又称NSC 238159, R 17934, Oncodazole）是一种抗肿瘤药物，是一种微管聚合的可逆抑制剂，通过干扰微管聚合发挥作用，可以使细胞停留在细胞周期的G2/M 期。Nocodazole介导的细胞周期阻断同时伴随着细胞凋亡率提高，及p53上调，另外还伴有多能性标记物Nanog和Oct4蛋白表达量降低，而且该降低作用不可逆。Nocodazole对一系列癌症相关的激酶有较高的亲和力，如ABL、c-KIT、BRAF、MEK。在COLO 205癌细胞中，Ketoconazole可以增强Nocodazole的诱导凋亡作用，在体内二者联合使用时，Nocodazole的抗肿瘤作用也明显提高。

粉末直接保存于-20 ºC，有效期2年。溶于DMSO。建议分装后-20ºC避光保存，避免反复冻存，至少可存放6个月。
